Raised in the urban city of Compton, California, Richard Villa always knew he wanted to make people laugh. After completing a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Richard felt there was something more out there in stored for him. While driving home one night, the neon lights of the Irvine Improv called his name. Hey Richard!
Seizing the moment of amateur night, Richard grabbed the microphone, went on stage, and has not stopped since. Using stories of his childhood, Richard Villa turned what he thought were basic experiences into autobiographical satirical humor that depict life for Latinos and other minorities in the United States. Amid his newfound talent in improvisation, Richard was accepted to The Groundlings Theatre Group.
With his comedy and thorough understanding of his audience, Richard Villa became the first Latino to ever host the renowned Hollywood Improv on Friday nights. Sharing the stage with various other talent such as Jeff Garcia, Carlos Mancilla, Gabriel Iglesia, Mike Epps, Orlando Jones and Dat Phan, Richard Villa quickly took over co-host duties at the Ha-Ha in North Hollywood, and the Ontario and Brea Improv.
His ability to appeal to the audience earned him a special invitation by the U.S. Military to perform for the troops on the Combat Comedy Tour which included Iraq, Unit, May, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Djibouti, and Saudi Arabia.
In 2005 Vanguard Cinema released Richards 1st DVD, called Richard Villa: Performing This Way.
Now being hailed as the leader for the new generation of Latino Comics, Richard Villa exemplifies dedication to making other people laugh. With his television appearances on Mun2s Loco Comedy Jam, HBO Latino and Los Angeles based LATV, Richard Villa has turned his talent into animation, becoming a writer and voiceover for MTVs Latin animation, Chico y Guapo.
In a personal project, Richard Villa is aiming at introducing his audience to Border Patrol Tales, a sketch comedy show depicting the social impact and influence of immigrants in the United States.

Without a single doubt, Jorge Aldama, ( a.k.a. Dj Cooch ), has proven himself to be one of the hardest working performers in the entertainment industry. Equally at home in the dance hall behind the turntables or behind the microphone at a comedy club, there seems to be no limit to the talent of this versatile performer.
For over a decade, Cooch has been hitting the west coast as a DJ/Remixer. He quickly went from backyard parties to hyping thousands at desert raves and different venues threw out the country, Celebrity parties, awards shows, concerts, Universal Citywalk’s New Years Eve Celebration, and even his own show for two years on Citywalk known as the Latino Dance Party with the now defunct partnership Cooch and Xavier.
At many of these events, Cooch was not only spinning, he was, also, the show host. To the delight of audiences everywhere, it came to light that Cooch possesses the rare ability to walk onto any stage, pick up a microphone and immediately connect with any audience regardless of age or demographic. He has what is commonly known as the “gift of gab.” This skill, in addition to being fluent in English, Spanish and French, has landed him many gigs as a host such as MTV’S Rock the Vote 2001 with co-host Ashton Kutcher of that 70’s show, host and opening act for latino super star Juan Gabriel in concert at Universal Studios Hollywood and many other events such as these throughout the country.
It also led to the discovery of his new found passion: stand-up comedy. After years of countless requests from fans and friends, Cooch finally made his comedic debut in 2004 at the Improv in Ontario, CA. decimating a full house with a hilarious routine that has audiences and industry insiders buzzing about this “super rookie”. And since then he has been getting big laughs in comedy clubs all over the country.
In the four years that Cooch has been performing as a comic, he has surpassed to a comedic level that many comics have not achieved with years of experience. He is known as one of the only comics in such a early stage of his career to already headline and sell out shows. He has shared the stage with such comedic heavy weights as Carlos Mencia, Pablo Francisco, Jeff Garcia, Tommy Chong, Steve Trevino, John Pinette and the list goes on and on. He recently was featured on L.A. TV’S hit show MAS COMEDY & also played the roll as himself on the TV show "La Esquina" which premiered May 9th 2007 on Mun2 Network starring multi platinum rap artist Pitbull.

In 2004 Brian Moote's mother said to him in her usual Irish sarcasm, "Well, if you think you are so funny, why don't you become a comedian then mister?" Shortly thereafter, mostly out of spite, Brian first stepped on stage and thoroughly entertained 3 people at an 11pm open-mic show. To his surprise, his stubbornness had just opened the door to his dream job and he worked as a professional comedian throughout his college studies. Since that night, he has worked at comedy clubs and colleges across the country. He has an energetic and conversational style that promises no two sets are exactly the same, and his goal when he performs is to facilitate good time for everyone in the room, or seriously injure himself trying. The latter of which has yet to happen to him, and a bit dramatic. He was a part of Comedy Central's Open Mic Fight and the Maxim/Bud Light Real Men of Comedy Tour featuring Joe Rogan. He is "just a barrel of fun" says his mother, who to this day takes credit for launching him into the world of show business. He recently recorded a 50 min album entitled “Paying for Graduate School” at Wiseguys Comedy Club in Salt Lake City, UT.
